WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT IN THERAPY THIS WEEK?

  1. When life is actually going ok, I start to expect that terrible things will happen.
  2. No joke, I went to my therapy appt this week only to discover that my therapist DIED. So I'll probably go to therapy for that soon.
