  2. 1' squat sitting/day
  3. New experiences: kayaking, spa day, fancy hairdresser, elk/mousse burger in NY, art deco tour in NY
  4. Check my bank statement every day when am not on holiday
  5. Get at least 2 new books and 2 magazine while on holiday in NY and Canada
  6. Week 1 - follow the ~20 € budget for lunch and breakfast
  7. Cultivate confidence (sit tall, pay careful attention to my self-talk, volunteer to do things at work, dress well, speak less)
