My orange tree has enough fruit to feed a small country. I'm running out of ideas for what to do with them. @gabimoskowitz, @molliekatzen & other foodies, any more ideas?
  1. Juiced like a mo-fo. I've frozen juice for later, too
  2. Arancello -- turned out pretty good! A little sweet but still delicious
  3. Marmalade -- I've jarred extra batches
  4. Ambrosia with just oranges & coconut flakes
  5. Baked soda bread
  6. Given them away
  7. Orange, Fennel & Oil-Cured Olive Salad (feel weird sending you to my own site, but it's the easiest way to transmit the recipe!)

  8. (See Gabi's comments)
  9. Orange Curd! Like lemon, but with orange. You could even make these Tahini Cookies with Blood Orange Curd from my friend Renee--just use rego oranges instead of blood (oranges. blood oranges. not blood.).

  11. Cut them into wedges, find a field with lots of soccer games, give them out for free under condition that they put the peel side out in their mouths and smile and do a photo essay.

  12. Squeeze a ton of juice and freeze in ice cube trays. Transfer to ziplock bags for efficient storage. Use in screwdrivers or any orange-themed cocktail or juice or smoothie. 🍊🍊🍊
