  7. Try the old school: start counting ,(don't grab the phone...well ok but not too bright, not good for good sleeping...well mmmm).
  8. Count backwards (repeat )
  9. Enjoy 30 mins of sleeping
  10. Or... Wake up kids, prepare coffee, watch sunrise...listen bird singing...(just like yesterday)
