I Don't Always Drink Beer. But When I Do, I Prefer ___________.

  1. •
My neighbors are craft beer nuts, and they're constantly sampling new stuff and tracking it and yeesh (it's a thing, being a beer snob - like being a wine snob. Not looking down on it, just have no time to do it and apparently lacking in fancy).
  2. •
    Killian's Irish Red
The standard go-to. Must always have a few in the fridge.
  3. •
    Samuel Adams Cherry Wheat
Sweet, but good if I'm just having one.
  4. •
    Bell's Oberon
Oberon day is coming soon, Bell's is a local Michigan Brewery and they only make this seasonal wheat beer spring - fall. 💯 with an orange slice.
  5. •
    Bud Light Lime
Cans. On the beach. Don't judge.
  6. •
    What is/are your go-to brew(s)?
  7. •
    Stay Listy, my friends.
  8. •
with some soda and grenadine cause beer isn't good people, wake up.
We call that a Monaco in France, is that a worldwide name ?

Top 5: Czechvar Lager, Red Hook ESB, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, New Belgium Fat Tire Amber, Ommegang Hennepin
The first four are readily available and reasonably priced choices both my husband and I like. The fifth is more spendy and just for ME!!! I also love Oberon! ☀️

When I was first married we used to go through cases of Little Kings. Apparently, back in the day, if you had a baby you didn't need an ID.
But I hate beer now. I even gave away my drink ticket at the Guinness factory.

Shiner bock. Brewed in little Shiner, Texas. That's the go to, but their seasonal grapefruit ginger beer Shiner Ruby Redbird is the best. Like their bottles say- "Ain't nothin finer than a summertime Shiner".

Pretty much anything by The Bruery
To call myself a fan girl of this brewery would be a massive understatement. Everything is good, most are great, a few are life changing 🍻

I'm bad at beer, so it's usually a Shiner since I'm in Texas and it's everywhere. Their variety packs usually have some good surprises.

    Honey Weiss
Midwestern staple, much harder to come by on the East Coast. I don't always drink beer, but will always order this if it's on a menu.

    Breckenridge Brewery Agave Wheat
I love wheat beers: 312, Blue Moon, Allegash White, but if I had my pick of any it would be the agave wheat by Breckinridge (slight beer snob here too, Denver has some awesome craft breweries)

Lost Coast Brewery Alley Cat Amber
My friend and I tasted Ambers last fall and this was the #1 pick for both of us. I'm not a big beer drinker. Gimme what you got, I'm in it for the social lubricant.

Raspberry Brown, Lost Coast Brewery Eureka, CA. A nice ale from our local pub. But Stella, Blue Moon or Sapporo are usually available and always good.
