    I'm taking a nutrition class today in preparation for my gastric bypass!
    I stopped at McD's for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit on the way, for breakfast. (There's a special place in hell for me, after that, I'm sure! 😈) I didn't eat it all, or get hash browns. Baby steps, right?

    I'm on spring break and on vacation with some friends! I'm making healthy choices such as replacing fries with a side salad but also just relaxing and enjoying this time! Great gifs and theme today!! How is your journey going?

    I was really ill on Monday so took a day off work. Managed to use that time to make a boatload of food so now I've got enough to bring a packed lunch every day of the week! Also, went to my second weights class yesterday which I loved but the pain today is unreal 😭

    Yeah I napped instead of going to the gym Monday, ate chick Fila last night and don't plan on leaving my couch tonight...I did walk nonstop during staar testing though, does that count?

    Post-nutrition class: I'm starting my liquid diet today. Protein shakes, popsicles, broth, jello for the next 11 days. Pray for me. 😒

    I napped a lot last week and actually made it to the doctor TWICE so I think that is a self care win. I'm also starting physio soon!

    Thanks for the check in, Boogie! Well, I pre-made SALAD for lunch every day this week. πŸ₯—πŸ₯—πŸ₯—πŸ₯—πŸ₯— But I do a thing in my brain where if I eat unhealthy food I rationalize it into being emotional self care LOL. So yesterday dinner was Taiwanese street food takeout, and today I stopped at Arby's at lunch for fries and a shake to go with my salad.
    Arby's was because I had a looooong morning. Yesterday dinner was takeout because yesterday I got a new IUD! Her name is Kyleena πŸ’and I was NOT about to make dinner following that ordeal (and yes, the ensuing pain in my You know what). I'm feeling fine today though, and particularly thankful for healthcare that brings me a 100% FREE IUD. LIKE, WHAT. πŸ–•πŸ½you, "president" and "Pence," leave my healthcare alone. 😭 Rant over.
