  12. Im still eating well. I have been exhausted this week and haven't done anything physical since Sunday. I know that if I work out I'll have more energy so it's just a matter of going off my butt! We have 3 Easter dinners this weekend plus a dinner with an employee of my husband's so it may be a bad weekend but that's ok I'll make up for it next week

  13. I've been to the gym Monday and Tuesday and taken lunch from home. Moved up a weight for biceps and back so I was quite happy with that! I won't be going to the gym till next week as I'm of to America for week!! If you have any (non-healthy ) recommendations for San Francisco or Austin then send them my way!!

    I've done lots of work, bought a tiny trampoline and used r every day. I'm up to forty five min! Now if I can just stop snacking

  19. I made it through surgery!
    Had my hernia repaired and my gastric bypass Monday, and got home from the hospital today. Sore and sleepy but I just had the best shower ever. Still on liquids for now but I think I can add soft foods back in after Friday.
