  11. Love the gifs! I haven't reached my weight goal. But I feel good about the changes I've made, both in the things I'm eating and the frequency of my work outs

  12. Im feeling sluggish, it's pretty much what usually happens: motivated for 2 months or so and start to slow down. I will try and pick it up and the nicer weather means more outdoors walks. This group still helps make me feel accountable.

  13. My sister is still pregnant, so I am just looking at the twitter account @lilblackbabies to get my fix
    This is a stranger's baby, but it helps if I have a distraction!
  14. I've been trying to only eat when I'm hungry, drink water when I feel the urge to eat but not hungry, & cut back on desserts & lost 5 lbs.

  15. Just barging in on this list to say I'm 7 days free of flour and sugar AGAIN. The first 3 days were absolute hell and I still want to fill a bath tub with cake and dive in but I haven't. Yet.

  16. Been watching tv less and reading more! Been making the best of good weather when we have it, and spending time outside. Made an Asian stir fry for lunches all week that I'm tired of eating (two more days) but it's healthy and yay! Ate chocolate pudding with Cocoa Puffs on it for dessert last night, YAY! Been listing more, yay! 👏🏽 🎉 🎈
