    Kale, Almonds, 3-5 Brazil nuts, avocado, 2 Tsp cinnamon, 1 tablespoons dark chocolate powder, 6 ounces full fat coconut milk, 1 tbsp coconut oil, Herbs (mint, Cilantro, parsley, oregano). 30-60 second blend, stir in 1-2 heaping scoops grass-fed, whey protein powder, 1 teaspoon sea salt (I highly recommend this Aztecan stuff), and a handful of unsweetened coconut flakes.
