Some years have more than one because I'm painfully indecisive and have commitment issues. πŸ˜‚ Almost half of these are animated, btwβ€”I ain't even mad. Β―\_(ツ)_/Β― Also, I got lazy in later years as you'll be able to see, so for those years I just put what movies I want to watch, haha ~
  1. β€’
    1990 - idk
Off to a bad start, lmfao. A LOT of hit movies came out in 1990, but I haven't really just sat and watched them all the way through. Except "Pretty Woman," that was good! Haha. Had I been born in the 80s, I would have SO many to add right now. 80s movies are the sh*t. πŸ’–
  2. β€’
    Beauty and the Beast (1991)
I was very young when I saw this for the first timeβ€”Beast scared the HELL outta me! πŸ˜‚ Love this so much though ~
  3. β€’
    Aladdin (1992)
Who doesn't love Aladdin? Robin Williams stole the show as Genie ~ πŸ˜„ Watching this as an adult is even better than when I was little, because I get ALL of Genie's jokes now ahaha πŸ˜‰
  4. β€’
RIP, Robin 😭 Miss you πŸ’
  5. β€’
    Mrs. Doubtfire (1993)
Robin has been so prevalent throughout my lifetime, so of course "Mrs. Doubtfire" makes my list.
  6. β€’
    The Lion King (1994)
THE CIRRRRCLE OF LIIIIFE ~ Still traumatized from Mufasa's death. I would've put a spoiler alert on that btw, but I mean, you've had 22 years... Hahahaha πŸ˜‚
  7. β€’
    Pocahontas (1995)
My most favorite Disney movie of ALL TIME. CRIMINALLY underrated imo. Pocahontas is my favorite Disney princess as wellβ€”to me, she's much more refreshing in comparison to the other Disney princesses. Her character is so strong and independent w/a rebellious spirit. Plus I'm a tiny bit biased, because I'm from Virginia (where the real Pocahontas lived). ☺️ Saw this @ the movie theater btw when it came out ~
  8. β€’
    Toy Story (1995)
I must also add Toy Story for reasons that don't need to be explained. Fellow Millennials, you understand.
  9. β€’
    Jack (1996)
More Robin Williams, because duh. πŸ’ž Hilarious and heart-warming movie. Sad too, though. 😒
  10. β€’
    Anastasia (1997)
I've watched this countless times, and never tire of it. I'll never tire of it! Love it so much. Should be an honorary Disney movie, imo. And Anastasia & Dimitri should be an honorary Disney princess & prince. I'm in LOVE with Dimitri btw, true story. No shame. Dimitri is sexy as hell idgaf. John Cusack voiceover btw 😍
  11. β€’
    Smooth. 😍
  12. β€’
    Mulan (1998)
An intelligent and beautiful girl who feels like she'll never be good enough, going to war in place of her father when she could very well be executed for doing so if she's found out? PHEW, run-on sentence, but anyway BRAVERY ~ πŸ’– Spoiler alert: I cry at the end EVERY TIME now, both when the whole kingdom bows to Mulan, and when her father tells her "The greatest gift and honor is having you for a daughter." 😭 I'm getting old.
  13. β€’
    You've Got Mail (1998)
I must've worn out my VHS of this, I watched it so much. Love it!
  14. β€’
    Tarzan (1999)
Made me wish I could skate through the trees. Still makes me wish I could skate through the trees.
  15. β€’
    The Emperor's New Groove (2000)
One of the funniest damn movies πŸ˜‚πŸ‘ŒπŸ»
  16. β€’
  17. β€’
The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001)
One of my top faves ever. I can recite many lines like a pro, it's slightly worrisome πŸ˜‚
  18. β€’
    The Princess Diaries (2001)
LOVE this movie. Anne Hathaway, Julie Andrews, and Sandra Oh? Yass. 😍 My summer camp packed into the theater to see thisβ€”we had a BLAST ~ πŸ˜„
  19. β€’
I beg your pardon, "Shut up"? - Oh, your majesty, in America, it doesn't always mean to be quiet. Here it could mean wow, gee whiz, golly wolly...
  20. β€’
    A Walk to Remember (2002)
    SO romantic (but sad) πŸ’˜
  21. β€’
    Devdas (2002)
This is a Bollywood film ~ My 10th grade history teacher played this one day in class (it was a break day before the holidays I think, something like that), which was my introduction to Indian cinema ~ Aishwarya Rai & Shah Rukh Khan 😍
  22. β€’
Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003)
This movie is perfection from beginning to endβ€”it began my obsession with the Pirates franchise that I had for a good portion of my teen years ~ Orlando Bloom was in his PRIME in this, just πŸ‘ŒπŸ»
  23. β€’
The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (2003)
Went to see this @ the theater when it came out, I was 13. Nearly cried nerd tears. Still have my ticket stub πŸ’–
  24. β€’
    13 Going On 30 (2004)
My fave chick flick ~ Mark Ruffalo as Matty 😍
  25. β€’
    Mean Girls (2004)
Because how could it not be one of my favorites? If you're a Millennial and this isn't one of your favorites, Millennial license REVOKED!! Haha ~ God. Packed with an endless supply of one-liners (this could be a whole other list on its own), this was πŸ™ŒπŸ» when I was in high school ~
  26. β€’
Oh my God Karen, you can't just ask people why they're white.
  27. β€’
    Elizabethtown (2005)
What initially attracted me to this movie is of course, Orlando Bloom. Of course. But then it surprised me with its refreshing way of tackling a difficult subject: death. It made me see things in a different light, and helped me heal in unexpected ways. Sure, Orlando's American accent was pretty bad (sorry Orlando hehe I still love you πŸ’œ), but for me it's more about the writing that I love so much. Bonus: chemistry between Orlando and Kirsten [Dunst] is πŸ‘ŒπŸ»
  28. β€’
    Happy Feet (2006)
How could anyone not like dancing penguins?! 🐧 Robin Williams yet again, btw ~ πŸ’ž
  29. β€’
    The Devil Wears Prada (2006)
My bestie and I call Meryl Streep our tΓa ("aunt" in Spanish). TΓa Meryl can do no wrong πŸ™ŒπŸ»
  30. β€’
    Kabhi Alvida Naa Kenha (2006)
Another Bollywood film ~ Rani Mukherjee & Shah Ruhk Khan 😍
  31. β€’
    Juno (2007)
Had a huge crush on Michael Cera as a teen, and I adore Ellen Page! She's a gem πŸ’Ž
  32. β€’
    The Other Boleyn Girl (2008)
Ran across this one night on TV, and really enjoyed it ~ The end though, of course... Yikes. 😬
  33. β€’
    2009 - idk
idkkkk. Where was I in 2009?
  34. β€’
    Tangled (2010)
I loved this so much that it almost threatened my top Disney fave, "Pocahontas." Almost. That's how much I loved it 😍
  35. β€’
    Toy Story 3 (2010)
I waited for over a damn decade for this sequel to TS2. SO worth it. Made me cry (I think it made everyone cry). My most favorite thing about TS3 is that Pixar decided to age Andy up in the time since TS2, making the story feel real, like Andy truly is a real kid who grew up with us kids. Andy and I are roughly the same ageβ€”when I was in college, he was getting ready to leave for college. And him saying goodbye to his toys? 😭 I CAN'T
  36. β€’
    Penny Pinchers (2011)
Korean movie ~ So good, is a must-see!
  37. β€’

Want to watch "The Silver Linings Playbook"
  38. β€’
    Catch Me (2013)
Korean movie starring Kim Ah Joong and Joo Won (my babe 😍) - HILARIOUS movie, love it so much πŸ’˜
  39. β€’
    August: Osage County (2013)
Most dysfunctional damn family EVER, and yet somehow, in some way, is super relatable. πŸ˜‚ Once again, tΓa Meryl is on point πŸ‘ŒπŸ» And Julia Roberts too ~
  40. β€’
One of my favorite parts tbh πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
  41. β€’
    2014 - idk
Want to watch "The Imitation Game," "Selma," and "The Grand Budapest Hotel"
  42. β€’
    2015 - idk
Want to watch "It's Him" (Korean movie), and "The Danish Girl"
  43. β€’
