Saying You're Welcome

A slightly sarcastic but genuine inquiry here.
  1. When someone says "Thank you," the natural response to this would be "You're welcome."
  2. My question is, does someone have to say "Thank you for saying 'You're welcome'"?
  3. I feel like my kindness would be considered obnoxious at this point, but is that a natural response?
  4. I guess it could be seen as joking or lighthearted but I would like to use it genuinely.
  5. This is just me thinking out loud. 😅
