If I had a terrible mistake please help
  1. Sweetland by Michael Crummey
I was super excited to read this one but after 100 pages it just didn't resonate with me. I've heard this is supposed to be a fantastic and heartbreaking read so I'm torn about whether or not to give it another shout.
  2. Underworld by Don Delillo
I got four pages in but I didn't feel any sort of connect to it. After reading City on Fire I get the feeling that this one would be really similar though
  3. The Thousand Autumns of Jacob DeZoet by David Mitchell
I just flat out could not get behind this one. After reading The Bone Clocks and Cloud Atlas (and later Slade House) I was expecting something more fantastical and Mitchell-like. But I can't see myself trying again. Prove me wrong please.
  4. Necessary Errors by Caleb Crain
Eh, nothing grabbed me about this novel at all.
