Numbered, but in no particular order.
- 1.Alte Pinakothek, MunichI never really appreciated the German Renaissance painters before. It's not all about you, Italy. (Ok, I'm just saying that because I have not had the opportunity to go to Italy yet.)
- 2.Liechtenstein Museum of Fine Arts, VaduzMore interesting sculptures of people than Rodan in Paris, housed inside (and next to) an ultra-modern building. My father's favorite part of the museum was the staircase. (There's an elevator, but why use that?)
- 3.British Museum, LondonLocated in a slightly less touristy part of the city. 3 words: the Rosetta Stone. Yes, just a rock with a lot of small writing. It makes me appreciate modern communication.
