  2. Identify and label your negative emotions. (Give it a name and your brain will be less bothered by it.)
  3. Make a Decision. (Go for "good enough" instead of "best decision ever made on earth.")
  4. Give and get long hugs. Or a massage. (Don't text: touch. It boosts serotonin. See what happens when you get 5 hugs a day for 4 weeks.)
