  13. Pour a little water and turmeric into the bottom of a mug. Mix so it becomes a paste. Then fill the mug with hot water, 1/2 squeezed lemon, ginger, honey and a dash of cayenne. Mix well and sip often. Alternate with regular (cold) water with apple cider vinegar in it. Apple cider vinegar fixes everything.
