HOW TO NOT GET DEPRESSED DURING THE HOLIDAYS

    January will be here before you know it, and then you can start feeling bad about the weather like everyone else
  2. Find a book or tv show that you can get excited about devouring when avoiding tough situations
  3. Exercise a lot
    This also might keep you from drinking too much
  4. Deep Breaths & take some time everyday for YOU
