Easy Paleo/primal Meals

  1. Pork chops with fried apples and red onion (fry pork chops in cast iron for 5 min each side, take out then fry 4 medium apples and 2 red onions)
  2. Ribs slow cooker
  3. Braised short ribs with sweet potatoes and onions. Sear ribs then add 3 chopped sweet potatoes and 3 onions. Add 3 cups beef broth. Bake at 350 for 2.5 hours in Dutch oven
