  1. Ground grasshopper
    Put on guacamole - adds great texture and a smoky flavor.
  2. Powdered ants
    Pujol makes a baby corn appetizer based on Mexican street corn and it is delicious!
  3. Ant eggs
    Quintonil has a charred avocado tartare and the ant eggs give it a texture closer to tartare than just the avocado - really yummy.
