Ripples from Dad's Death

My dad died three years ago. Here's a few of the things that still linger.
  1. Regret
I was unable to help him. Sometimes, there is nothing you could have done. You know this is true, but accepting that is one difficult task.
  2. Regret II
I was not there when he died. None of us know our day or hour. I told him I loved him, but sometimes you wish you could have done more.
  3. Reminder
We all stand on the edge of eternity. Today is your chance to spread love. Share happiness. Forgive yourself (easier said than done, see "Regret" and "Regret II") and others. You are a gift to those around you. Embrace what makes you special. You are one of a kind and we are blessed to share this day together.
