MORNING COFFEE

Kicked up Bulletproof coffee
  1. Fresh brewed coffee, I buy from a local roaster and it is fantastic. Rook has the best coffee I have ever had. https://www.rookcoffee.com
  2. 1 T Coconut oil, I tolerate it far better than MCT oil.
  3. 1 T grass fed organic butter.
  4. 1 /3 teaspoon cocoa powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, Ceylon
  6. 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
  7. 1/8 teaspoon pink salt maybe 1/16 depending on my mood
  8. All ingredients in a blender, plus it for about 15 seconds and pour into a travel cup.
  9. I drink 2 in the morning and it carried me to dinner most days. Works out to be about 430 calories to start the day.
