Requested by @boygirlparty
I wasn't going to do one because I didn't have time to participate in everyone else's AMA yesterday, but I can't ignore a request from @boygirlparty herself. 😄
  1. Here's a little bit about me if you are interested: ALLOW ME TO LISTRODUCE™ MYSELF
  2. Ask away!
  3. If I could cook you anything, what would you ask for?
It's just for you! So consider no one else, but you ☺️

  4. What a cool question? How about some grilled vegan pizza with roasted vegetables and a green salad.
  5. What is your favorite memory from teacher special education?
    Suggested by @LeahG
  6. The first two things that jump to mind are 1) he time a student literally said, "I finally get this! I aways heard people talking about it, but when you explain it, I understand!" And 2) the thank you note I got from a student after we baked cookies together as a class. He was 11 and had never baked cookies before. I still have the note.
  7. Where did you take your cactus flower picture and was it a wonderful day?

  8. I took it in Sedona, AZ. My husband was invited on one of those work trips for outstanding performance. On one of the free afternoons, we hired a guide to take us hiking in the mountains. Along with seeing the Grand Canyon, it was the best day we had there.
  9. Are you ready for summer?
    Suggested by @gwcoffey
  10. Good heavens, yes. No schedule, no commitments, the freedom to spend our days how we want. We have planned a couple of nice weeks away with family that I'm very much looking forward it. The only downside is the constant laundry from going to the pool all the time (and I fully realize how terribly spoiled that sounds).
  11. What's the last thing that made you laugh out loud?
    Suggested by @kaydbug89
  12. This morning, I asked my son why he woke up screaming three times last night. He responded with a big pout, "I'm not gonna answer that." For some reason, it totally cracked me up.
  13. being a mom and educator, you're constantly helping others — if you had a day completely free of any commitments / responsibilities tomorrow, how would you spend it? ❤️❤️❤️

  14. This is fun to think about! I would pack a picnic and sit under a tree in the park with a good book. Then I would probably go shopping for a bit and meet my girlfriends for dinner.
  15. NJ 4 lyfe or do you think about moving? where to?
    Suggested by @boygirlparty
  16. Right now, I can't imagine moving. I'm such a homebody, and my family is so close that it would be strange not to see them all the time. I would like to travel more though. Also, I could see doing some sort of house-swap thing for a year to experience living in another place.
  17. describe your best friend & how you met!
    Suggested by @boygirlparty
  18. The best friend I've had the longest is someone I met in 7th grade (24 years ago!). I still remember the first day she invited me over after school. We were roommates in college and have traveled together. We both have 2 year olds, and being moms at the same time has added a new dimension to our friendship.
  19. favorite book and why?
    Suggested by @boygirlparty
  20. I'm honestly not sure I can pick one - both because there are many, and also I have a terrible memory. When I was younger, it was A Wrinkle in Time (smart, nerdy girl saves the day) and A Little Princess (you can still be awesome even if you have no money).
  21. What's the best thing about being married and is it different from co-habitating?
    Suggested by @qimster
  22. So interesting. I didn't live with my husband before we got married, but the best thing about being married is being part of a team through thick and thin, and also feeling known. You don't need marriage for that, but that's what I appreciate about mine.
