- 1.WATCH THISit's a well made documentary about happiness, it's eye opening and helpful to the soul
- 2.TAKE AN EPSOM SALT BATHYou can buy Epsom salt for less than $2 at any grocery store or Walgreens/Rite Aid/CVS. Add 2 cups to hot bath water. Soak for 30 mins. You'll lose 3-6 pounds of negativity. And you'll feel 'floaty' afterwards (it numbs your nerves...literally. Google it)
- 3.WRITE SOMEONE A LETTERNo not an email. A letter: you know where there is paper and an envelope with a stamp. It's fun getting things in the mail that aren't ads or bills. You might even brighten someone's day. Remember Eminem's song "Stan" -it's all about writing letters...things get a little muddled in the end, if I'm remembering correctly, but it's all part of the snail mail adventure.
- 4.TURN YOUR PHONE OFFI'm serious. Not only is it good for the device to be completely turned off for 6-100 hours but it's also good for you. Look around. Be bored. Cry. Take a walk. Look around while crying of boredom while you walk. Disconnect. At least for one hour.
