    TAKE AN EPSOM SALT BATH
    You can buy Epsom salt for less than $2 at any grocery store or Walgreens/Rite Aid/CVS. Add 2 cups to hot bath water. Soak for 30 mins. You'll lose 3-6 pounds of negativity. And you'll feel 'floaty' afterwards (it numbs your nerves...literally. Google it)

    WRITE SOMEONE A LETTER
    No not an email. A letter: you know where there is paper and an envelope with a stamp. It's fun getting things in the mail that aren't ads or bills. You might even brighten someone's day. Remember Eminem's song "Stan" -it's all about writing letters...things get a little muddled in the end, if I'm remembering correctly, but it's all part of the snail mail adventure.

    TURN YOUR PHONE OFF
    I'm serious. Not only is it good for the device to be completely turned off for 6-100 hours but it's also good for you. Look around. Be bored. Cry. Take a walk. Look around while crying of boredom while you walk. Disconnect. At least for one hour.
