Things that help calm my anxiety

  1. back scratcher, or a massage, or a long hug
    sensual affection from a loved one is great, but when you don't have a loved one like me you gotta improvise
  2. meditation, and visualizing myself walking through a forest on a cloudless morning while listening to the wildlife
    also listening to the crunch of my footsteps
  3. soaking myself in a bathtub full of warm water
    and just slowly breathing. close my eyes. envision myself in that forest again.
  4. burn some incense- but not one that is an overbearing scent
