Things that help calm my anxiety
- •back scratcher, or a massage, or a long hugsensual affection from a loved one is great, but when you don't have a loved one like me you gotta improvise
- •meditation, and visualizing myself walking through a forest on a cloudless morning while listening to the wildlifealso listening to the crunch of my footsteps
- •soaking myself in a bathtub full of warm waterand just slowly breathing. close my eyes. envision myself in that forest again.
- •burn some incense- but not one that is an overbearing scent
