    it's literally horrifying but it'll knock it out
  6. Air purifier
    by my bed. My environment has to get better with me. Tryna make things as easy as possible on the ol' immune system
  7. Swap out toothbrush heads
    Wash towels/sheets/etc
  8. Massage
    all the toxins out
  9. Cayenne everything
  10. Cuddling kittens
    Purring is scientifically proven to lower blood pressure, something about asthma, something something on the internet but I 100% believe it
