I can't sleep like ever, so here's my routine of attempts for a fighting chance
  1. Reassemble my room from the day
  2. Prep for the morning
  3. Swig zzzquil
  4. Make a list of everything on my mind
  5. Tranq myself
    Sometimes tea, sometimes a glass of red
  6. Air purifier
    I mostly like the hum of it but also for my feeble bb lungs/allergies
  7. Hypnosis app
    It's called Digipill. It's a little creepy but also kinda nice
  8. Make another list
  9. Bath
