  1. Monday
    Wild salmon & cucumber sandwiches as part of an M&S meal deal (free bottle of water with sandwiches + crisps).
  2. Tuesday
    Salad, tomatoes and mozzarella! With a balsamic vinegar dressing. Delicious!
  3. Wednesday
    Prawns with Marie Rose sauce; salmon with lentil salad. YUM!
  4. Thursday
    Roast chicken & stuffing, on soft malted brown bread. One of my faves!
  5. Friday
    Greek salad, lemon & dill dressing, with sweet potato falafel. SO GOOD!
