PHASES I GO THROUGH WHEN TRYING TO DIET

We all know the drill...I say I'm going low cal but does it ever happen?
  1. 1.
    I wake up and decide today is the day I start my diet
    *excited face*
  2. 2.
    I get to 2 pm with out eating much-I feel like this is easy!
  3. 3.
    2:01 pm. I am hit with a hunger more intense than a belieber at Purpose's launch
    *trying to keep it together*
  4. 4.
    I feel an uncontrollable need for sugar
    "I mean cake isn't that bad right? It has wheat which grows from the ground. Lettuce also grows from the ground. So do tomatoes. #healthy"
  5. 5.
    I resist for literally 2 seconds. Then I eat cookies. All the cookies.
  6. 6.
    Then I figure fuck it I already broke may as well enjoy life and eat literally everything. Somehow I'm still skinny
