PHASES I GO THROUGH WHEN TRYING TO DIET
We all know the drill...I say I'm going low cal but does it ever happen?
- 1.I wake up and decide today is the day I start my diet*excited face*
- 2.I get to 2 pm with out eating much-I feel like this is easy!
- 3.2:01 pm. I am hit with a hunger more intense than a belieber at Purpose's launch*trying to keep it together*
- 4.I feel an uncontrollable need for sugar"I mean cake isn't that bad right? It has wheat which grows from the ground. Lettuce also grows from the ground. So do tomatoes. #healthy"
- 5.I resist for literally 2 seconds. Then I eat cookies. All the cookies.
- 6.Then I figure fuck it I already broke may as well enjoy life and eat literally everything. Somehow I'm still skinny
