FAVORITE JUICING RECIPES

If you know me, you know I really love my juice. Before starting a juice cleanse make sure that 2-3 days prior to stay hydrated and decrease your sugar intake. This will help with potential nausea.
  1. 1 bunch of kale + 1 gala Apple + navel orange + 2 beets
  2. 2 cucumbers + 1 knob of ginger + 2 celery sticks + 1/2 lemon
  3. 1 cucumber + 3 carrots + 1 beet + 3 stalks of celery + 1 small lemon
  4. 1/3 pineapple + 2 apples + 2 peaches + thumb sized piece of ginger
    Make sure you skin the ginger first & take the pits out of the peaches
  5. 1 cucumber + 1 handful of baby kale + 1 handful spinach + 1 crown of broccoli + 3 gala apples
  6. 1 grapefruit + 1 lemon + 2 carrots + 1/2 ginger
  7. 2 pears cored + 2 carrots + stalks of celery + 1 lemon + 2 cups honeydew + 1 orange (peeled) + 1in piece of ginger
  8. 4 sprigs fresh basil + 1 lemon + 4 peaches + 8 carrots
  9. 4 slices of watermelon + 1 ruby red grapefruit + 1 tbsp honey
