PATRICK STEWART'S FEEDBACK ON MY SLAM POETRY

In college, I was into the slam poetry scene (I had dreadlocks too - it was a whole thing). When the Royal Shakespeare Company came to town, they held an event called a Sonnet Slam. It was American Idol style - the judges gave feedback after each performance. I went first and Patrick Stewart was my judge...
  1. "The way you say each word, it has no meaning"
  2. "Why didn't you dance your performance? It would have had more of an impact"
  3. "You might as well been munching on corn flakes"
  4. @marisarico @daniellenuss @AlexandraLouise - My dad dug up some photo evidence...
I forgot to mention I was wearing a puffy shirt.
