Why I Like Mustard

- •ColorYellow is a great color, as well as the Dijon brown. Simply the brightest colored condiment.
- •TextureSmooth, yet slightly gritty. Consistent consistency throughout all possible remaining quantities.
- •ApplicationsSoft pretzels, ham, balogna sandwiches, hot dogs, crackers, eggs/tuna/potato salad.
- •CounterpartsKetchup, salt/pepper, cucumber/pickles, olive oil.
