This will be an on-going list of things my that my therapist tells me not to feel bad about.
  1. A mid-day nap.
  2. Acknowledging the fear.
  3. Not calling my father if I don't feel like talking to him.
  4. Sticking up for myself
  5. Asking for what I want
  6. Feeling like I deserve to have the same things my male counterparts have.
  7. Going to therapy when my problems seem pretty small compared to most people in the world.
  8. Skipping the small talk.
