How My Emotions Seem to Work

    Wake up feeling normal- start off the day with nothing in mind
  2. 2.
    Do my thing it's normal it's cool
  3. 3.
    Observe something that is familiar or causes me to think about something else
  4. 4.
    That something else is good and I keep going on (go back to 2)
  5. 5.
    That something else is bad and everything goes to shit
  6. 6.
    Start to feel awful and insecure and angry unnecessarily-probably snap at someone I care deeply for and love
  7. 7.
    Hope that tomorrow it will just stop at 4
