Things I do when life just keeps on kicking in sensible areas

Life is the furthest from easy right now. And it's taking its toll. So I need to heal. What do you do?

  3. I rock out
  4. I walk
  5. I get off my ass and do stuff
  6. cry
    i sob to get the bad feelings out then pick up from there
