  2. The toys join hands

In a panic, Jessie turns to Buzz and asks "Whadda we do?" In answer, he reaches out and takes her hand. They exchange glances, acknowledging that there is nothing left to do but to be there for one another. Jessie reaches out to Bullseye, and one by one the characters join hands to face death. 4. "Rudy...Rudy...Rudy..."
When the entire stadium crowd chants Rudy's name (Rudy, 1993)
  5. Ellie and Carl in the hospital
The whole sequence is emotional. With no dialog, it tells the story of Carl and Ellie's married life, including their inability to have children. As they age, their dream of traveling to Paradise Falls is postponed as unexpected expenses arise. Carl finally buys the tickets, but an elderly Ellie becomes too sick to travel. From her hospital bed, she slides their Adventure Book toward him, straightens his tie, and touches his cheek. He takes her hand gently and kisses her forehead. (Up, 2009)

    (Anne of Green Gables, 1985)
  7. "I am a princess. All girls are."
"...even if they live in tiny old attics. Even if they dress in rags. Even if they aren't pretty or smart or young. They're still princesses. All of us. Didn't your father ever tell you that? Didn't he?!" When Sara confronts Miss Minchin (A Little Princess, 1995)

In the film's final scene, a student reads the introduction to "Understanding Poetry" that Keating had the students tear from their books. As Keating walks toward the classroom door, meek and nervous Todd Anderson climbs atop his desk and calls out to address him as "Oh Captain, my Captain." One by one, his classmates join him in a salute to their departing teacher. (Dead Poets Society, 1989)
  10. "Forrest!!"
At an anti-war rally in the capital, Forrest speaks about his experience in Vietnam. When he finishes, he is asked to give his name. "My name is Forrest, Forrest Gump," he replies. Then out in the distance a woman cries out "Forrest!" She runs into the Reflecting Pool and Forrest recognizes her as his childhood friend Jenny. He runs into the pool himself and the two push through the water until they embrace to the roar of the crowd. (Forrest Gump, 1994)
