1. Write a list of your itinerary goals for the day. Include meals any errands you need to run.
  2. Drink black coffee
  3. Use podcasts as background noise
  4. Open your browser window, and type YOU ARE STALLING in google docs. You will see this whenever you're tempted to go online.
  5. Run down your list, crossing off tasks as you go. Items that are not completed are carried over to the next work day.
  6. Eat cheese before bedtime, for deeper REM and stranger more vivid dreams. Record these dreams in a journal for future inspiration.
