Upon waking up, and in order.
  1. Meditate
    Whether it be bad dreams, coming off from deep sleep, or just lack of sleep, meditation puts my mind in ease.
  2. Make my bed
    It really gives the sense of accomplishment and sets off the frame for rest of the morning and afternoon.
  3. Back stretch
    Sometimes, my lower back is sore upon waking up. Doing back stretch helps alleviate the soreness.
