MY PERFECT MORNING ROUTINE

  1. 5 am Wake up & let the cats out
  2. 5:10-6:10 Meditate and study, get inspired. Enjoy some green tea
  3. 6:10-6:30 Plan the day and set 3 main goals for the day
  4. 6:30-7 Exercise and take a shower
  5. 7-8 Make breakfast for the family and enjoy it together
  6. 8-8:30 Make sure my daughter gets ready for the school
  7. 8:30 -> Start the workday with the first 90 minutes slot
