I'm sure you have your own excuses, add yours.
  1. My tummy is a bit queezy and funny. I'd rather not take a chance making it worse.
  2. I strained a shoulder muscle. I need to rest it a few days.
  3. I'm hungry so I need to eat and then it's just too late to wait getting to the gym.
  4. It's raining outside, I'm gonna get wet.
  5. Gym is too busy at this time and I hate when it's crowded.
  6. I will go on the weekends when I'm more relaxed cos no work to stress me.
  7. I went yesterday, so today I deserve a break
