Excuses I've used to avoid going to the gym
I'm sure you have your own excuses, add yours.
- •My tummy is a bit queezy and funny. I'd rather not take a chance making it worse.
- •I strained a shoulder muscle. I need to rest it a few days.
- •I'm hungry so I need to eat and then it's just too late to wait getting to the gym.
- •It's raining outside, I'm gonna get wet.
- •Gym is too busy at this time and I hate when it's crowded.
- •I will go on the weekends when I'm more relaxed cos no work to stress me.
- •I went yesterday, so today I deserve a break
