Excuses I've used to avoid going to the gym
I'm sure you have your own excuses, add yours.
- 1.My tummy is a bit queezy and funny. I'd rather not take a chance making it worse.
- 2.I strained a shoulder muscle. I need to rest it a few days.
- 3.I'm hungry so I need to eat and then it's just too late to wait getting to the gym.
- 4.It's raining outside, I'm gonna get wet.
- 5.Gym is too busy at this time and I hate when it's crowded.
- 6.I will go on the weekends when I'm more relaxed cos no work to stress me.
- 7.I went yesterday, so today I deserve a break
