Hi everyone! I signed up to run a half marathon in March and I have realized that my 'running' playlist needs some serious help! I am not a runner, so this race is going to be a challenge and having a great playlist will help. Can you please send me songs you love to exercise to or songs with a great beat to run to? Thanks in advance! 😘

One of my favorite songs to run to is Avril Lavigne's Girlfriend, but I love learning new songs of any genre!

These have all helped me run/work out: Make Some Noise (Beastie Boys), Lake Shore Drive (Aliotta Haynes Jeremiah), Brill Bruisers (New Pornographers), Obvious Child (Paul Simon), Get Lucky (Daft Punk/Pharrell), Africa (Toto), S&M ☺️(Rhianna)

I'd recommend most songs from Foster The People's album 'Torches.' They have very pleasant beats to run/bike/excercize to.

These are some songs on my current gym playlist: Enough by Black Coast, Your Type (Young Bombs Remix) by Carly Rae Jepsen, New Bohemia by Transviolet, Keeping Your Head Up by Birdy, Kamikaze by MØ, Take Ü There by Skrillex & Diplo, Reaper by Sia, Too Young to Remember by Florrie & Promise by Kid Ink. Hope this helps!

Run Away With Me by Carly Rae Jepsen...and lots of power ballads. More Than A Feeling, Heat of the Moment, Detroit Rock City. GOOD LUCK.

Dance Apocalyptic by Janelle Monae. The back beat is way faster than the speed I run, but it makes me want to stop running and boogie for a few minutes which is almost better

Bombs Over Baghdad (Outkast), Champion Angel (The Low Anthem), Renegades of Funk (Rage Against The Machine), The Only Moment We Were Alone (Explosions in the Sky), Promentory (Last of the Mohicans), Dirty Harry (Gorillaz).
