A quick list after losing almost 30 lbs since winter
  1. Going shopping to replace your wardrobe
  2. More energy
  3. Increased confidence and willingness to take risks
    i've opened up alot more and even made new friends
  4. Mental clarity
    Memory, comprehension etc. have improved
  5. Interest in physical activity as a way of life
  6. Sleep and sex drive
    I've never had issues with either but I have noticed a change. I track my sleep with a fitbit and I don't toss and turn as much and getting more REM sleep. As for libido, it's higher than before to where I notice more intense orgasms and stamina.
