Top ten to do before 7am

because you need reasons to get out of bed

    Start coffee, preferably Kenyan and in a French Press
  2. 2.
    Drink coffee while reading the news. Because this is the calm before the storm
  3. 3.
    Take a shit. Long . Thorough and calming
  4. 4.
    Shower and shave. Lots of hot water
  5. 5.
    Breakfast. Eggs. Peppers. Chorizo. Green onion.
  6. 6.
    Teeth
  7. 7.
    Walk the dog
  8. 8.
    Make list of what you're going to accomplish today
  9. 9.
    Figure where your first stop is. Mine is usually my office at home
  10. 10.
    Start working
