WHEN YOU HAVE ANXIETY...

  1. Sometimes getting out of bed is a triumph.
  2. Even eating can be hard...
  3. And when you do eat, you may eat too much or too little.
  4. Your heart pounds.
  5. You become sensitive.
  6. Nobody seems to understand.
  7. Hearing people say, "calm down" makes you angry.
  8. Everything is overwhelming.
  9. Sleep is the best and worst time of the day.
  10. For me, my addictions come out to play.
  11. I can't breathe.
  12. I start shaking.
  13. You may not understand, but it is very real to me.
  14. Tonight my anxiety is ever present.
