How I Almost Become Motivated to Work Out

We all have those moments of clarity, where we see ourselves showing off our chiseled abs, then reality sets in.

    Filling up my favorite soda cup with water.
    As you fill the cup up with water you slowly start to realize how long it's been since you've actually had a drink of water.

    Watching transformation videos on YouTube.
    You're feeling motivation and you see the amazing muscles and ripped abs and you then you hear them say "I've been at this X numbers of years to get to where I'm at" then you start to dive deeper into dark YouTube and your not watching fitness videos any more, you are now watching David Hasselhoff eating a hamburger off the floor.

    Asking someone you know, who works out, to make you a lifting schedule.
    In your mind these little things, these little steps you make are made with the hopes of sparking that "Fire" that will catapult you into sculpted pectoral freedom. Without hesitation you are sold on this workout just by the mere pictures of the past people who have gained success by doing the work out. So you go to Walmart at 2am and buy frozen chicken, a bag of rice and ziplock Tupperware. Then you realize you don't know how to cook rice.
