    Age 10-11 Weird Al
I would skip to all the Weird Al rap parodies and get unironically pumped. Finally, though it broke his punk-rock heart, @jesseno informed me that this was a whole genre.

Jesse gave me the Marshall Mathers LP. It was my first rap album. I skipped the song "Kim" because it scared me. I didn't have a Walkman so I played it on my boom box on low volume.

    Age 14: 50 Cent
@bjnovak has "Get Rich or Die Tryin'" in his car in LA and he gave it to me/ I took it. There was a skip towards the end of "Like My Style." Fair play.

Okay, "Chronic: 2001" but that destroys the flow. I bought this at Newbury Comics because I was next to a pretty girl and didn't want to only be buying Magic cards. I mean I still ~bought~ the Magic cards but I bought the coolest looking album- it had a pot leaf! Fortunately it was dope.
