1. Tootsie Roll Pops
    Not healthy per se but they'll slow your eating down tremendously
  2. Frozen yogurt
    Decent for you, tastes divine. A little goes a long way.
  3. A grilled cheese
    One of these bad boys will feel super indulgent but slow you down. Much better for you than mindlessly chewing chips because of the mandatory portion control and pausing to create.
  4. Fruit
  5. Leftovers
    You've been meaning to eat them, may as well be synergistic.
  6. A granola bar
    Not delicious but having one will help stop terrible ideas like ordering in pizza. A quick snack can stop you from over reacting
  7. Sunny side up eggs on an onion roll
    Any breakfast food really works but this is my favorite.
  8. A very good salad
    It has to be truly kickass or you won't be satisfied but occasionally this works and you're so proud of yourself.
  9. Frozen grapes
    I know I already said fruit but grapes are perfect. Frozen grapes even more so.
  10. Anything spicy
    Good for mandatory portion control
