  1. Boil basic whole wheat pasta
  2. Sauté kale with garlic
  3. Move kale to a plate and fry garlic
  4. Move garlic to plate and heat sauce
  5. Add in fried garlic, basil, dried shallots and seasoning to fancy Whole Foods sauce
  6. Toss with pasta
  7. Add mozzarella as it melts in the pasta
  8. Voila!
