1. Two fried eggs
    I am uniquely good at frying eggs, which is a rare and happy surprise for someone who isn't much of a cook
  2. An onion bun, lightly warmed in a pan
    A little buttery but still with give to absorb
  3. Kale or arugula
    For the look, and to fool yourself
  4. Bacon (optional)
  5. Honey mustard
    Makes it a hearty sandwich
  6. Slice of onion or tomato
    I go with onion
  7. Cracked black pepper
  8. Tobasco
  9. Serve with baby carrots, a banana and Greek yogurt and you're set until a pre dinner snack
