1. Get Chinese food but be stocked with more
    I have apples, granola bars, yogurt, eggs, bread, soup etc. You want to be cozy and sustained through the lack of options
  2. Get Christmas music on
  3. Get cozy and grateful
  4. Write small and kind notes or texts to friends and family to get in the right vibe
  5. Be cozy and positive and secularly Christmased out without any pressure
  6. Have one or two drinks (no more!) at home with a fellow Jew. Make sure they're seasonal
  7. Watch a Christmas movie together. You can smoke but I recommend not.
  8. Go to sleep early
  9. Have a savory uptempo Christmas that involves the gym or a bike or a hike and maybe a museum the next day
