When your kid turns 4 or 5 and for the very first time you have a conversation where they have their own idea. An idea you know they aren't just repeating from a tv show, but something they were just thinking about and decided to share with you. It's like a Turing test for intelligent life.

So many things! But now that my boys are teenagers, an age I dreaded from the beginning, I love watching them gain their independence but they're still 100% up for a hug. And they can nearly make me pee laughing at their wit and they know it.

My baby is only three weeks old and really only eats, sleeps and poops. But I love after breast feeding her when she's in a milk coma and she falls asleep on my chest. I will sit there for hours with her lying there. It's peaceful and sweet. πŸ˜πŸ‘§πŸ½πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§
