- •If you set up your alarm across the room, when it goes off, bring it back to your bed and continue to hit snooze.
- •If you've set 5 alarms, just turn off 4 in the morning when the alarm goes off and continue to hit snooze on the first one.
- •Buy a really comfortable bed to make the decision easier of whether or not to get up.
